Data we collect
Through the contact form we collect your name, email address, optional engagement interest, preferred timing, and message content. During engagements we may process business contact details of client staff and, where necessary for audit evidence, limited personal data contained in sampled customer files under the client’s instructions and confidentiality terms.
Purposes
We use website inquiry data to respond to brief requests, prepare fee estimates, and maintain basic correspondence records. Engagement data is used to perform contracted audits and reviews, meet professional record-keeping duties, and comply with law.
Retention
Inquiry messages are retained for up to 24 months unless a client relationship continues. Engagement working papers and reports are retained for at least seven years, or longer if required by professional standards or law.
User rights
Subject to Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, and you may inquire about our collection practices. Contact the desk to exercise these rights. Some engagement records cannot be erased while retention duties apply.
International transfers
Our primary processing occurs in Taiwan. If a client requires secure document exchange involving processors outside Taiwan, we will disclose that arrangement in the scoping letter and apply contractual safeguards appropriate to the transfer.
